After weeks and weeks of having half the ingredients ready and a very eager Miss Bailey-Jane waiting and waiting for me to get my shit together we finally got around to making slime!
One of the neighbourhood kids had a small pottle of store bought slime awhile back and Bailey thought it was the coolest thing ever so of course wanted some of her own.
It just so happened that I had just seen Ashleigh and her gorgeous daughter Izzy from ‘Hey Little Sweet Thing” make it and so I told her we could make some of our own once I bought some more ingredients.
Fast forward way too many weeks to Tuesday I said, “OK kids, lets make some slime”!
The slime turned out so good and the kids had so much fun playing with it for hours.
I had planned to use to slime to occupy the kids while I got all the housework done in peace but ended up having just as much fun with it as the kids (if not more) and got zero housework done…. There’s always another day right?
